What is your return policy for rotary tools and accessories?
We offer a 30-day return policy for unused products in their original packaging. Please contact our support team to initiate a return merchandise authorization (RMA).
Do Dremel tools come with a manufacturer warranty?
Yes, most Dremel power tools come with a limited two-year warranty that covers defects in material or workmanship under normal use.

Are your corded tools compatible with international voltages?
Our North American corded tools are designed for 120V outlets. Using them with a voltage converter in other regions is not recommended and may void the warranty.
